Dear sir/ madam

I am taking this opportunity to write to your organization requesting an opportunity to perform this year at your festival or venue.

Currently the acts I work with are of an African Caribbean background and they are comprised of
Various Reggae acts, a Jazz fusion band, an African dance group, a Young peoples dance group, Blues artist, and some up and coming Hip hop and Rand B acts. I can tour these acts a group or as individuals.

If you can be of any help regarding your festival or any other festival we would be very grateful
In anticipation of your help thank you.

Tense.
